~ Laws ~ Bills ~ Legislation ~ Resources ~ Help

Because there seems to be a never-ending intrusion into the lives of the pet-owning public, I've started to compile a list of resources that can help to educate and support when bills need to be defeated and minds need to be persuaded back to the land of "common sense."
This list will be in a continual state of evolution, and probably dependent on the most urgent "issue." Right now that is California's Assembly Bill (AB) 1634 - it has a limited shelf life, but it's not dead, yet. It is being touted as the "Healthy Pets Act" but many of us believe it is anything but.

Please educate yourselves with the facts and do not allow yourself to be persuaded by those of the Animal Rights movement (PETA, HSUS, etc.) who have a hidden agenda to eliminate pets altogether. We've been calmly swayed towards their direction for 30 years and it's time we stand up and fight for our rights...

There are a lot of other sites dedicated to anti-pet legislation - this is just a small part
