Ali: Ali is a young dog who is being trained for Schutzhund. He is a naturally good tracker. He is a physically strong dog with a deep bark and a naturally good bite. His bone structure is moderate with good angulation front and rear. Coat is deep red with excellent quantity and texture. Size is around 25" and 57# though he will likely fill out to be around 65#. Ali has a very nice head and earset, good length of tail w/correct carriage and an overall appearance that is exceptionally pleasing. Ali is a calm, happy dog who has excellent behavior in the house, relaxed with company. He is a quick learner, willing worker, food and toy motivated. Ali may not be titled yet, but he has many of the quality attributes one looks for in a working dog which will compliment Emmy very well. I'm expecting big things from this young man as he and Patti continue to work towards his titling. Ali's siblings are doing well as family companions as well as in their chosen sports. His sister (Icebreaker-FDX) is the fastest Belgian Tervuren in UFLI (Flyball) at 4.141 seconds!
Pedigree: Ali's father is the famous French Tervuren, "Cobra" (Ours du Musher FR3 MR3). He was the vice world champion in Mondioring 2 in 2002. Cobra showed mental courage and toughness, adaptability, problem solving, agility and endurance. He was very social and safe with all people and children; he was not dog aggressive and not sharp. His pedigree is comprised of 100% working lines with some very successful dogs behind him. Ali's mother is "Annika" (Sprite's Full of Grace, SchH1). Annika is getting ready to trial for her SchH2. She is smart, biddable and extremely toy motivated. She will chase/retrieve anything. She is a pushy girl but very affectionate with her family. Her siblings have several SchH3/IPO3/VPG3's among the large litter from Cisu and Rudy. (Rudy de Contrescarpe is the sire we attempted the AI breeding with previously.) One of Ali's uncles (Quake-SchH3) is a speed demon, competing in Flyball and one of his aunts (Tilt-MACH2, TD, XF, AD, JJ) has finished in the top 2 & 3 spot of the AKC Agility Invitational for 2008 & 2009. She is currently the #1 Agility Tervuren in the ABTC Rankings. The litter also boasts Therapy and CGC accomplishments.

	Emmy: Emmy is a delight! She is a highly energetic girl who is a natural athlete with extremely fast and powerful reflexes. She is a biddable, willing worker in a variety of venues. She is not environmentally sensitive and has no difficulty adjusting to new locations or Helpers. She is highly sociable with all people and will solicit attention from anyone willing to engage her. She is a bit on the dominant side but has excellent dog skills and can easily focus on her work with other people or dog distractions in the area. Emmy is 22.25" tall and approximately 50#. She is squarely built, well balanced with smooth side movement and nice extension. She has a solid topline and a long neck with nice carriage. Her ears are soft with a slightly wide set, eyes dark and a bit rounded, correct head planes. Her coat is a rich mahogany with an abundance of black overlay and extension masking. Emmy's tail is short due to an accident at birth but her tail set is correct. Emmy has an overall impression of a well-angulated, athletic girl with a pleasing expression. Emmy is part of a multi-talented litter of 5 girls. Her siblings have titles in Agility, Schutzhund, Dock Diving, AKC Obedience (working towards an OTCH), AKC Tracking. She is trialing in Exc.B AKC Agility and has competed at the USDAA Agility Championships several times. She is an accomplished dock diving dog and has participated with the Incredible Dog Challenge in Diving Dog and the 60-Weavepole Challenge. Emmy reached her SchH2 and NW2 (K9 Nose Work) titles in 2009 with High Protection and pronounced ratings for SchH1 & 2. She earned her SchH3 in 2010 again with a pronounced rating in courage.
Pedigree: Emmy's father is a Finnish dog named "Reko" (Tarkatan Ammoniakki SchH3 IPO2 VPG3). Reko is a full sibling to Ava (Aqua), who was the overall large dog winner at the 2003 World Agility Championships. Comments about Reko from Denise Fenzi, who brought Reko here from Finland for the breeding with Soja: "He can work for long stretches of time with no loss of focus and very little reward. He works in spite of other male dogs working nearby with toys. Reko has been worked in protection by a highly respected and well-known helper, with the intention to explore as many facets of his temperament as possible; i.e, prey orientation, intensity, ability to withstand agression and stress, confidence, fight, pain tolerance, etc. He did extremely well in all facets, and my helper's comment was that he's "the real deal." The dog comes up in drive with pressure, which is very desirable. Very strong fight, never showed any weakness. He listens well to his owner and respects a strong helper. " Emmy's mother is "Soja" (Soja Sprite's Brea du Trieu de Leers ADCh SchH3 VCD3 UDX). Soja is a wonderful little Tervuren who always made heads turn when she ran agility. At 21.5"h, she was the only non-BC Finalist in the 26" height class of the 2005 USDAA Grand Prix Championships. In addition, Soja's daughter and Emmy's 1/2 sister (Wings-UD, AX, AXJ, ADCh) was the only non-BC Finalist in the 26" height class of the 2009 USDAA Steeplechase Championships and won the class!
